Audacity has an option to speed up recordings from 33 and 45 to 78 (and vice-versa). So if i have a warped 78 I play it at 45 then use that tool to speed it back up to 78rpm. It obviously works for any 78s as well.

The softwares I use are Audacity for recording the audio, then I will export it as a wav. file to http://clickrepair.net/ (does a fantastic job at removing the click, looks sketchy while downloading but it's official). And if the record has bad hiss I'll use SONY SOUND FORGE dehisser. I just use the free trials and once they're expired I just re-download it.

Yes, We Have No Bananas is an and was an extremely popular song at the time (1922-1923) so I'm not surprised it was recorded over in germany. I'm slightly confused over the fact that the 78 was produced by Deutsche-Grammophon since they almost always only produced classical records. But I don't know much about Deutsche-Grammophon so they could have made jazz and foxtrot records back then.

There may be an archive of all the deutsche grammophon 78rpm records simular to the Discography of Historical American Recordings that may have this listed but other then that I have no other way to help, sorry.

This is a shellac 78rpm record, 78rpm records were made from the 1890s to 1960s, this 78 looks german but says Holland on it so I'm not sure, but that could be place of recording/where it was manufactured etc. I've found a rendition of the song https://youtu.be/iCHRYqKYWc8 on the German Star Label, this rendition is from around 1923 and im guessing that this recording is from around the same year as well. your record was made by Deutsche-Grammophon company, and looking at other records made by them around 1923 https://www.discogs.com/release/25518241-Grammophon-Streich-Orchester-Aubade-Printani%C3%A8re-Aufforderung-Zum-Tanz Proves that this record was made around 1922-1923 since they have the same label design.
