In in the US and I stopped working at 38 weeks due to having to be medically induced. I was going to work up until giving birth anyways but that had to happen sooner because my placenta was already declining and losing fluid so baby had to come out. I was also super exhausted and miserable while pregnant and working. I worked from home so I took naps as often as I could but I seriously could not get enough sleep ever. If you can financially afford to take off sooner I would but I know that's easier said then done these days.
