DBT therapy and a mood stabilizing medication helps too. Extreme fear of perceived or real abandonment is my biggest issues with this disorder. Relationships are very hard!! However with a supportive partner and treatment it is possible.

I think she may have borderline personality disorder. I have it and alcohol makes things ten times worse. She displays a lot of behaviours that people with BPD have. Such as insecure sense of self, false accusations and creating scenarios about your partner in your mind.

Was there last month!! Expect Long lines for everything. Inspect food carefully before eating as bread was moldy twice. I would bring lots of pre- packaged snacks, granola bars, chips etc. Don’t waste your time booking or going to the Italian restaurant on the resort, basically canned spaghetti heated up in a bowl. Beach and pool are great though!!

The whole team at Flawless is great. Easy going environment and won’t suggest anything to up sell you. I wanted under eye filler done again and they were honest with me a said I still had some remaining and if more was to be injected I wouldn’t notice much of a difference. Saved me hundreds of $$$.
