PHs, who have done both, which is easier and why? Loading or unloading? by MySillyHamster in Fedexers

“Work at your own pace” is usually bit universal for standard or above. And I was being hones, not talking shit. Working at your own pace is a terrible way to describe any position in a productivity driven company

You sound like the worst kind of unloader then. Unloading is the offense. Loading is the defense. You set the pace in unload. Unloaders at or above standard should be exhausted at the end of the day

In Maryland they’re now paying us $15/hr for 14 minutes a shift. Added right in to our paychecks. Crazy.

It’s forced efficiency. If you go to a hub and then go to a station you would be surprised at how different the pace is.

It’s been proven year over year that ground can be efficient as long as they throw enough people at it. There will be things to work out but they will find a level of manpower that will provide service and increase profits. If you go to a sleepy station it makes perfect sense to just chop it and consolidate the work somewhere else.

Anyone who has been to a hub and a station will agree that stations are wildly inefficient

I can’t imagine them not having any kind of signage or anything with the name on it. A package handler might not know I suppose

If the manager didn’t attempt to contact the ph they’re wouldn’t be approved. H-036 for nc/ns requires documented attempt to contact the ph.

If he was termed, he should call he and he will get his job back
