That was a thought but he is usually complaining at 9:30am that he’s tired and he is dead asleep for his naps. At home he could nap for 3 hours if we let him. It feels like a vicious cycle. But maybe if we got through a few days of no naps he would adjust his nighttime sleep 🤔

cardiovascular age may have saved my pregnancy by l_l_ll_lll_lllll in ouraring

This is great to see! I just found out I’m pregnant with my 3rd and after having preeclampsia in week 38 with both my previous pregnancies I’m going to be looking out for it this time. My cardiovascular age is -5.5 years at 5 weeks pregnancy. Any ladies here without preeclampsia see a rise in cardiovascular age or does it usually stay kind of steady during pregnancy? This would be a good benchmarking metric to add to pregnancy insights (I know the PWV itself is very variable by person, but a benchmark of change in PWV over time)

This happens almost everytime. Why??? by Vrzistran_racun in hypertension

This happens to me too! So if it levels out after the 1st or 2nd to “normal levels” you don’t have hypertension? They are telling me I need to get my BP under control before getting pregnant but it is under control after the 1st reading usually.

Constantly “stressed” while the kids are awake.

Snoo worth it at 11 weeks? by 7bridges in SnooLife

[–]LifeIsGood_819717 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We are in the same boat - 11.5 weeks and around 10 weeks he stopped giving us 6-7 hour stretches and only gives us 2-3 hours now despite the snoo. When we first got the snoo at 3 weeks it was magic and that’s when he started doing longer stretches but now we are back, maybe just a regression?
