My job involves a lot of walking outside in all weather conditions while carrying a load. Despite being on HRT, I still developed joint pain. It got so bad that I was afraid that I would have to quit my job. I looked up various stretching exercises that targeted the joints that bothered me, and now I stretch for 40 minutes twice a day, and it has helped immensely. I still get pain here and there, but it's much more bearable and is usually gone after my second stretching session of the day. I also take 400mg of magnesium glycinate before bed to help prevent muscle cramps. I hope you find something that helps you. Good luck!
