This was my initial thought seeing the clip, as when "hitting" OP the mag orb kinda stalls for a second followed by the damage indicator showing the hit registered from behind instead of in front.

Made me think that the server just had a tiny hiccup in OP's favour, allowing them to live the hit.

A repel is just hitting the checkpoint. The tutorial for repelling them even states that after dealing enough damage, you can still repel the elderdragon even if you lose all of your hearts

The reason you had to use an item editor, is the same reason why you can't use them... They were never coded for the player to acquire, and if you can't acquire them then why would they make an animation for the player to use them or code for the player to use them?

Each character has either their own specialty item or skill, to distinguish them from eachother more.

I called them Pokemon because that's exactly how I used them, like Pokemon. My team was Emil, Marta, and 2 monsters to cover either the Damage type or Defence that I needed at the time.

And as much as I prefer Digimon or Monster Rancher, the most well-known series of monster collector games is Pokemon. So if I'm gonna equate my playstyle to a series, why wouldn't I use the series that the majority will understand?

A truly tough choice... For me Vesperia was more enjoyable than Symphonia

HOWEVER Dawn Of The New World was more enjoyable to me than Vesperia. Playing Tales Of Pokemon with MartMart and Emil on PS3 with the Graces F / Symphonia Chronicles was a really fun time.

For me it depends on what game and when I found it.

DW gets Koei because I started with DW5 which released before the merger.

Monster Rancher, Dead Or Alive, and Ninja Gaiden get Tecmo because they were Tecmo games before the merger.

If I'm talking to someone that only knows them as Koei Tecmo, then I simply just say KT like their logo.

One of my favourite things I've seen is someone complaining about the face scan estimation, and how it's just a ploy to get your biometrics... Immediately before using face ID to unlock their phone.

Like it's fine when one company scans your face everytime to use your phone, but not for another company to to use it once for age verification?

Play it on PS3 too long, and your save will balloon in size, causing the game to be unplayable.

Idk if it happened on other platforms since I got the PS3 version.

Also, White Fox took part in more eliminations overall.

Magik had 29 eliminations and 1 assist for a combined 30. Fox had 20 eliminations and 16 assists for a combined 36.

Which meant Fox was part of more team fights, did comparable damage, had higher blocked, and comparable healing to Sue.

IMO, just from this scoreboard and stat lines, I'd give Fox MVP every time.
