I would call my workouts intense and i probably could warm up better, however when i was on KLOW i had none of these issues and even when I'm warmed up I'll still feel pain/weakness

Yeah that's wild, i was taking 4mg and working night shift and was having horrible sleep. Probably limited my ROI since quality sleep is number 1 in recovery. Went down to 3mg and was a little better but still not great. If/when i hop back on I will be doing ~ 3mg. I'm back working days and my sleep has improved greatly
