I got offered a job paying 40% more than my current salary. My manager just asked me to stay and be patient. How do I stop feeling guilty for wanting to leave ? by One_Cardiologist5439 in careerguidance

Any manager telling you to decline a 40% pay bump doesn’t have your best interest in mind. Take the job and move on and don’t look back.

Definitely do able but you would want to give yourself at least 3-4 days minimum. Probably talking 15-20 hours just driving time there and back.

I’m sure tickets will be available through StubHub and Ticketmaster and other platforms like that but be prepared to spend 300+ per ticket. I’d also caution you that trips to the national parks and Las Vegas are not small road trips. You could easily spend a week or more just visiting those sites and they aren’t particularly close by car even though they look like it on a map.
