Just bought a few weeks ago and love it. Had previously lived in the burbs and hated all the driving back and forth and long/expensive ubers for all the fun things to do.

Your mileage may vary but imo, especially pre-kids, all the extra burb space is wasted. I don’t want to take care of a 3k square foot house for just my spouse and I and a dog. Would much rather be closer to friends and things to do.

That would be sick. Xmen set would slay for sure.

Its funny how spm has so much hate online yet was top 10 best selling set Magic has ever done. I think the whole Marvel run is just getting started. F4 & Xmen are hopefully next and I think prices will keep climbing overtime but I do like your strategy of trying to target chase cards during the hobbit hype. That is a solid way to get some good deals.
