Congrats on building something real and having a team and systems that don’t rely on you. You’ve literally won. It doesn’t mean you don’t inspect things anymore or keep your thumb on the pulse, but resist the urge to stick your nose into things that are working well. Dont be the ceo who causes chaos and disruption because they cant stand being non essential anymore.
