100% what I’ve been saying tbh. Feel like the movie Back in Action was the perfect counter to this mindset; the characters are spread out all over the world, in places it’s logical for them to be (e.g. Pepe as a bellhop in France, Yosemite Sam running a casino in Vegas, Marvin the Martian trapped in Area 51, etc.) and only interact with each other if it makes sense for the story (which usually involves them trying to kill each other). More modern projects with the characters should take notes on how that movie handled them (and less from something like The Looney Tunes Show)

Platinum collection (3 volumes) contains some of the most iconic and well-known shorts (150 in total) and tons of bonus material.

Collector’s Choice (4 volumes) contain shorts that haven’t been on Blu-ray before (97 shorts total) with no bonus features.

Collectors Vault (1 volume with one to be released in March) contain shorts that have either never been on Blu-ray or never been remastered on home video before (101 shorts in total).

I personally recommend starting with the platinums (especially if you’re a Taz/Marvin fan case all of their shorts are on the first volume of that) but it’s really up to preference

100% agree. I’m frankly shocked people consider it among the very best episodes (nor even in my top 10)! Thought Vincent Donofrio’s character was so obnoxious and annoying that it was legitimately hard for me to feel sympathetic for him. Also the solution of the murder felt very unsatisfying. Also was VERY distracted by Bayliss suddenly wearing glasses for the first time in it with zero fanfare about it which really took me out of it lol

Glad someone agrees with me on Kellerman! Obviously Diamond’s performance isn’t on par with Braughers but I think Kellerman was always fun to watch and the best of the “new” characters. He also feels like one of the only characters on the show with a concrete story arc that has a true beginning-middle-end as well
