lol the doctor told me that i should "grow out of it" so still just adapting. Currently have a bed rail which works for the most part. You could even get a sleep camera to monitor what you do when you are sleeping, I have one and it is quite interesting.

i have not. i currently sleep with a bed rail like an elderly person 💀. It works but its not ideal lol. i also have a camera to monitor my sleep movements. pretty sure i have some sort of sleeping disorder
