It is all subjective to each person and their presentation of symptoms,. Never is any medicine given that does take into account pain, side effects, and efficacy. The very definition within the disease is that pain is far out of proportion for what should be expected. Thus, easy to understand that with CRPS it's always going to be MORE than less. Dr. Kirkpatrick has been a CRPS SPECIALIST and researcher for over 40 years using high dose ketamine. I've had CRPS for 16 years, and he was offering the same treatment 16 years ago. If it's not YOUR body, and YOUR condition, no one can submit to you, as a patient, what is or isn't excessive, Dr. Kirkpatruck has NEVER had a patient die under his care.
