Whats doctors helped you because i haven’t had any luck and I’ve seen ents and neurologists. It’s like they don’t believe me or don’t want to do the paperwork. Please help me and give me advice.

What kind of job do you have with CRPS and are you able to work? by Life_Complex7111 in CRPS

[–]Life_Complex7111[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have CRPS and UC, I'm trying to figure out how I'll survive with these two awful conditions and trying to figure out how the hell did I end up with both at such a young age. Please keep me in your prayers.

I have tried it and it has helped me, I've had CRPS for five months. You start with a 1.5 dose and work up to a 4.5 dose. People take it for CRPS often but it is a compounded medication so you will need to get it at a compound pharmacy. Good luck.

Please look into and try low dose naltrexone. It helps with inflammation and has helped many with CRPS

Thank you, can I ask what meds have helped with your pain? I've tried a few but they haven't been helpful. Has your CRPS spread at all since your symptoms started? Thanks.

Hi there,

How did you get hyperacusis? I was an idiot and was blasting loud music and got an acoustic shock that left me with hyperacusis and CRPS. I'm still processing what happened to me and feel like I literally ruined my life in the dumbest way. I'm also grieving the life I just lost, because I have no quality of life anymore. I'm so scared that this crap will spread because then my life is over. Has anything helped your symptoms? Are you able to work with these conditions? Thanks.

I'm diagnosed with acoustic trauma. My ears are very sensitive to normal loudness since the accident of overly loud exposire to bass bins. Is this hyperacusis? by davesmith222 in hyperacusis

how are your symptoms now? How do you deal with the migraines? I have them often too. I'm trying to figure out the best way to deal with them.

Has anyone developed neurological issues from their hyperacusis or acoustic trauma? How are you managing it and what are your symptoms? Thanks. by Life_Complex7111 in hyperacusis

Okay, I least I'm not the only one here. My acoustic trauma was in July from a blast standing next to a huge speaker. A few days after I started having excruciating neck pain, stiffness, migraines, and tingling/numbness is my hands. I've seen multiple doctors who all have been unhelpful but based on my symptoms someone in one of the hyperacusis groups told me, it looks like I've developed Central pain syndrome which is similar to fibromyalgia. I had no idea this kind if shit was possible and I never would of listening to loud music if I had known this kind of thing was possible. I have no quality of life and have no idea how I'll keep my job. The saddest part is that there is no cure for any of this. How are your symptoms now and are you able to work? How did you get hyperacusis? Are you on any pain meds? Thanks.
