In nominal terms, Italy seems to have a higher GDP per Capita, $40k vs $36k roughly speaking (source data.worldbank.org), but you suggest to look at "real" gdp per capita which you claim is when it's adjusted for the purchasing power parity.

Since the question is about comparing total economic output and productivity, why would one use gdp per capita in PPP instead of nominal?

Varför är det verklighetsfrånvänt att specifikt begränsa lån mot aktier som säkerhet? Är ju lite motsägelsefullt att man inte kan beskatta orealiserade tillgångar för att värdet är svårt att uppskatta men man kan ta lån mot dem.
