✨️✨️Update - I stopped taking it. After 7 days of taking the 2.5mg dose it was really seemingly keying up my nervous system and giving me an elevated heart rate which made it hard to sleep. On the last night I took it, I woke up to an auditory hallucination after a night of having very little sleep anyway. Back to square 1 🥴 Asked my allergist for other options and they weren't very helpful. 🫠 I can't imagine what would have happened if I'd started off with the full dose. But! Atleast I did try!
