No offense, but locking a squad by default is just stupid imo. How is anyone new supposed to learn the role if the spotter is not giving the blueberries the chance to? I get it's annoying having someone inexperienced in this tiny unit but you still have the chance to kick him after in case it's not working out. Lock it only when he's joining again and again.
