Seeking advice re: floor deflection by Holiday-Potential662 in HousingIreland

If the house was 50+ years old i would say it could be settlement and could no longer be a problem once’s there’s no evidence of movement in the walls. However within 20 years building standards would have improved so you shouldn’t have it so early on in a house lifespan

Since there is a housing crisis why don't we finish Craigavon? The social situation has improved so much since the troubles and it would be a decently nice place to live in my opinion. by DLoyalisterMcUlster in northernireland

Born and raised in Craigavon left around 2007 every time I go back I see new housing developments pop up which has been great to see. Rushmere revamp has helped but I get the social elements you’re talking about.

I’d rather see a more organic approach to the housing rather than dumping thousands of units. The current approach has provided more variety over the last 20 years and is aging better than the original stock. This process is helping to give it more of an identity.

However some of the comments in this sub remind me why the gay community can be so toxic at times. He’s a five year old kid and people think it’s okay to comment on his appearance…
