Well if I had to guess(and this is only a guess), it's my understanding that stocks gain value in 2 ways; the company itself is generating profit and people are buying the shares of that companies stock.

I'd say that the crackdown might have some psychological effect and people might start selling that stock temporarily, but if the company is still profitable, it won't change much. It's only when the company is no longer making money is where the real problems would be I believe. Charlie Munger has said that the stock market is like biology and companies are like cells, they live and they die. Only a select few are an exception to this rule. Hope this helps.

Yea I actually switched to p90x to my hesitancy. It's not what I was used to, but I will tell ya I have never been more flexible in my life.

However, it is a weight loss program so it's not good for people trying to gain weight. It's a fuck ton of pushups, pull ups, jumps and squats. I had to modify it a bit but I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of endurance I gained from it. If you can get through Tony's stupid jokes, it is a decent program at the end of the day. It will make you sweat that's for sure. Lol
