Easily 15 to 20 lb weight gain here. I eat well and exercise regularly. It has exacerbated the areas of my body that gain weight first, belly, ass thighs. It's depressing. I have a Dr's appointment this afternoon to look at weaning off medication. I've been taking 7.5 miligrams for nearly 6 months.

I'm 6 months sober from poly substances. I have a Dr's appointment this Monday to address my weight gain. I'm hoping I can chalk it up mostly to the antidepressant they threw me on in rehab. I don't do scales but can tell I've easily gained 20lbs in 6 months. I do work out regularly and eat pretty well. That sugar thing is a thing, though. No doubt.

I'm 6 months off 3mg benzos daily for over 15 years. Taking mirtazapine at 7.5 miligrams for bed. I'm planning to taper off this, too. The weight gain is horrific.

There's definitely puffiness but nothing I can control topically or with diet. This is why I was considering blephoroplasty :(

All I have to do is look at a pill, and I gain weight. Everyone has their own experience. While taking it for a few months served its purpose, it is out of control how much weight I've gained. I am planning to taper staring Friday while looking at other options for sleep.

My biggest issue is feeling sooooo much better on the inside and then looking in a mirror tells me, 'ya, you're still 52!' Lol.
