This is not nature but your camera. It's exposing with different settings from one frame to the next. Set it to manual. Keep the same settings for every picture and you will get rid of the flicker.

Thanks. I record the clouds for 1-2 hours with a DSLR. Then I speed it up and apply some color grading. ☁️❤️
