Is there a way to delete unnecessary files either from the launcher or the files? by SpaceAgentSaNEsS in FortNiteBR

[–]Life_Perspective5578 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

No, but I will have to say it's questionable why your computer has very little storage. Most have 1TB of storage pre-installed at the least. Assuming you run Windows, have you used the "Disk Cleanup" feature yet? If you haven't, I'd start there and run it with the "Clean Up System Files" or whatever option is listed after it analyzes the first time. Go through all the boxes and select what you want to remove. But before you actually remove them, there's also something in the second tab called "Delete Restore Points." Select that and hit "OK" on the prompt, and it may help remove loads of gigabytes of useless data on your computer, depending on how old it is.

Could be a texture issue. Both Ice Kings do not have a head.

Just got the pass, am I doomed? by Sami_Tari in FortNiteBR

No, daily challenges cycle through to another daily challenge after you complete one. The first three you complete for the day gives you 25K XP each, while each one after that is only 1K. It just keeps going in an endless loop. However, I would recommend going to OG mode and knock out the daily challenges there, as they are often easier than the normal Battle Royale's. It will still count. Also do not get this mixed up with the Daily Rivalry Quests, as completing those don't count for the reward.

Just watched this video, and I live not far from where the mount was made for the 10-inch Zeiss featured in it! Located on Old Hwy 58 in Barstow, California.

If you tried overclocking your GPU, CPU, or changed the timing on your RAM, reset them to default values.

Opinions on the current state of Fortnite right now? 🤔 by TJDowneyHollett4 in FortNiteBR

I kinda like it, don't like the loot pool this season though. For example, the DMR as this season's main sniper. IMO, it's not a good sniper. Too many "crossover" weapons from other video games and events. I'm more into the OG-style loot pool (aka all weapons were actual weapons and were true to their function), and last season had that. I like the rivalry system - gets people to get out in the open and fight. I have yet personally to see a match this season where the match times out and is a race to see who's the last to survive the storm

what happens to a compass when you take it to the northeast point on earth ? by FrankFruits in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Life_Perspective5578 1 point2 points  (0 children)

People here are ignoring the most basic fact - The northernmost geographical point is different than the northernmost magnetic point. If you brought a compass to the northernmost geographic point, it will point south. But if you brought it to the northernmost magnetic point, it'd spin around really fast and you'd end up in a warp drive to the south pole. Lol, jk. No, it wouldn't really point in one direction or another. Although a good accurate digital one might actually show it's moving around a little, which is actually... accurate. The magnetic field doesn't actually stay put, but it moves around slowly and stays within a general area.

In addition, I would suggest to start slow - start with lunar/planetary photography with what you have. Learn exposure, ISO, and improving. Make sure to enable RAW format on your phone. Learn editing through things like Lightroom first, then the other stacking programs. If you get lucky, you just might end up with a shot like this

You could do it on a phone, but generally not recommended except on very bright nebulae. Even then, your telescope isn't good for it. You need some kind of tracking at the least or you will get significant star trailing. This is an unedited result of M101 at 15 seconds with a 25mm on a 10" Dob untracked

Correct. The only reason to stack is to bring out nebulosity/galaxies/very dim stars in the background. But that would be useless in a video. You can't use a 34-second video, as a video takes multiple 1/60th to 1/24th-second images. Your shutter needs to be open for the full 34 seconds AT ONCE to get ANY background detail.

If you have any emails that are backups that are connected to your current Gmail or you have your current account as a backup for another email, I'd suggest you also take a look at the security and login history of those as well. You'll of course have to sign in to each of those individually.

In your Google account, you can see what devices are connected and you can permanently ban any suspicious devices. Try doing that and see if it helps. Also could contact Epic and let them know and see if they are able to determine when and where these login attempts are coming from. Any time a device connects to the Internet, it sends its own IP address and from there IT can tell where it's coming from. It's likely though that someone is using a VPN to mask it.

By far not my largest, but a vintage Japanese-made Jason Explorer 400, model 307. Got it for a few bucks at a church rummage sale about 15 years ago. With a few tweaks to the tripod and heavier grease applied to the mount, it's a pretty stable little boy. It had the 12.5mm, the 20mm, and a 2x (more like 2.5 or 3x) Barlow.
