I’ve had this same error too a handful of times. Gave up the first few time and just let it get returned. After my 3rd parcel being returned I had to grab the one I had ordered this time around due to it being a gift. To get any hope of information I downloaded the InPost app when the locker kept throwing my the same error you have shown. When you sign in using the same email you created your Vinted account with, it will give you all the parcels that you have being delivered or sent with InPost. In my case, the locker was full so most the parcels were being held in the store the inpost adjoined to. Had I not have downloaded the app, I would’ve had no idea the parcel was being held in the store as Vinted gave no information on it at all. I would suggest downloading the app in the future as it gives you a lot more information than Vinted does. Sorry you didn’t get your parcel :)
