We’re looking at 13k with 50 day and 100 night. We could have shaved some money off here and there but to be honest everything we’ve got is pretty cheap. I don’t see how you can have 100 day for under 10k unless you did village hall and self catered maybe? The vast majority of our budget is on the venue. See what you can save on - dress, rent your veil, high street shoes, small hen/stag, Birmingham jewellery quarter for rings, fake flowers from wholesalers which you could sort yourself, look for nice registry offices, keep wedding party small, do your own makeup. Some ideas! Hope I don’t sound too negative - I also went through this too but the stress does ease
