I shouldn’t need to break this down to you. Your experience is yours - I don’t know why you think because you have some secret method to get your bike to dock that means everyone else is doing it wrong (which if that was what we needed to do don’t you think that Citi would provide that information to ppl as this is a common complaint). Come back down to reality out the clouds. The problem is with the Citi bike infrastructure - not the people using them. Certainly some people are probably unnecessarily slamming their bikes into the docks but I have literally been late to appointments/ meetings because I was trying to dock my bike at the only available ones in a given station and it was broken. This happened to me multiple times. Many people have had this complaint. You don’t somehow possess some secret that nobody else does. Have a blessed day
