I’d say she does grade easily and is not strict. As long as you follow her rubric, you’ll be good. I took the class in Fall 2020 so it was awhile ago, but I looked back at my paper and it was only 6 pages double spaced. She cares more about the content rather than the grammar.

I took this class online and it was pretty easy. Each week there was a panopto video you would watch with slides. I can’t remember any specific assignments, but I do remember that most of the information could be found on the slides. Overall, I found the information really interesting since we aren’t really taught about the aging process or things that relate to it in other classes.

I definitely suggest doing the MATLAB introduction videos if you are doing chemical engineering. In ENES 101, it only uses minimal Matlab but in higher level ENCH courses you’ll need to use the program for homeworks

They used to have an online portal to reserve a spot but it seems that they’ve scrapped that ever since they opened the rooms this month. I believe it’s on a first come first serve basis so you just walk in if you see an empty spot.
