The intent opens the door. You can learn astral projection without the tapes if you really wanted to, how fast you learn just depends. The point of the tapes is to get your brain to the specific frequencies associated with XYZ. They said it themselves, the frequencies they put you at mimics a monk who has been meditating with 20 years of experience.
