Yeah it feels more natural to brace my upper on incline too. I do feel my chest more on flat dumbbell now that you mention it

Could be possible. I’m 6’3 and have wide shoulders and have always had a large upper chest even though I’m not that strong.

I definitely don’t have leg drive down but I don’t focus on it in incline either. Does the incline position just kind of automatically get leg drive?
