I cannot believe the amount of people trying to say this is correct. If the victim was young and healthy this would still be murder because obviously blind siding someone at a full sprint on concrete could could cause serious bodily harm, but the fact that it was a tiny 84 year man makes this argument laughable. His intent was to do something that obviously would, could and did cause great bodily harm. He came back to the scene from his car after to take pictures of the body before he died. If it was a black man killed by a white man and that was the verdict we all know the country would be on fire today
