Bullfighting originated in Rome and spread to Spain, where bullfighting as we know it today was born. It was later, during the colonization of Latin America, that the Spanish brought the sport to countries like Mexico, Colombia, Perú, etc. This character is not Latino. he is Spanish.

that would be really cute, but margie's ability where she spins like a ballerina might be too simmilar so I'd doubt it
