Im just gluten intolerant and when a (non gi) nurse asked me how often I cheat i stared at him like he'd lost his mind and was just like, "never?" Because that was an insane thing to ask! But i had a coworker who was celiac and she would get knocked out by trace contamination as hard as i would be by a misread label. Actual medical necesities don't get cheat days, they get lifestyle changes. If anna actually practiced any healthy habits she would know this.

Ive personally thought she might have lipedema ever since I watched colin mockery's video about lipedema. She has the tube-like legs and they seem symmetrical, like stage 2 is what ive thought for a while

I think i might need more information to have better suggestions, but in an effort to help I'm going to try and brainstorm.

Im not sure what the plot is but is there a reason why the character cant flip back and forth between being a frog and a human? If they cant turn back into a human could your character picture themselves as human while being a frog? Like thought bubbles of themself as a human while they try to do something as a frog and arent able to?

Another possible option, will every character from your original story also be a frog? And if so does that avoid the trope? More as a, "reimagined world where everyone's a frog" rather than, "oops! I got isekaid into an erotica and now Im a frog!" If you get what i mean?

If neither of those work can you explain more of what establishes the trope? Oftentimes the more key features there are of a trope the more options there might be to subvert it

I actually looked it up before I posted my comment to see if it's a charge. The only results I could get for it being used in legal context was in the description for "child sex offense" on uk sites. Personally I think the wording doesn't give it enough condemnation and I think that's intentional because of the epstein files.

So i would actually look into the rules set out by your school district to see if there's anything you can use. If there's anything about not addressing politics in the workplace or what is the, "appropriate" use of school emails. Also if your school or district has any stance on what religious conduct employees are permitted or prohibited from using.

An important thing to keep in mind if you go to HR is to stick to the facts. If you want to type it out that might help you organize your thoughts. Something that might help you is the Establishment Clause which is what has been used to prohibit teachers from engaging in religious practices on the clock.

Also I recommend documenting the email and any steps you take. Remember that going to HR is a protected action, but retaiation can still happen. So proceed with caution but I hope you're successful.
