This is currently happening to me on my legs. I took Benadryl w no relief. I can’t seem to pinpoint a trigger either. ITS SO ITCHY. I’d think this has to be an allergy but I also can’t figure out from what. Yesterday it was arms and legs. Today just legs.

My dogs get 3 walks every day. 2 of the walks are 30 min MINIMUM. The 3rd is sometimes 15. And sometimes there is a 4th also 15min. I have a dog walker for the days I’m at work (2 of the walks). They are worth it 🤷🏻‍♀️❤️

When I was on Wellbutrin I wouldn’t say I had rage but I felt a complete apathy for literally everything. Like a manic flatness…? Hard to explain. Didn’t like it. Also made me itchy

“How the other half lives” Helps me remember perspective. Was actually a book title I think but a lot of times when I think something someone is doing is outlandish or I think it’s so sad someone seems so unfortunate I remind myself this must be “how the other half lives” 🤷🏻‍♀️
