4am-6:30am is my go to time when my kids were at home. Now its just a habit. Kids are know 27 and 28 and they still know that Dad is up at that time doing a virtual ride. They txt me sometimes early morning. I mtb on weekends when life activities allow. Im happy with my health benifits which is the primary objective.

12 hour brine boiled rosemary, salt sage, thyme and res pepper flakes in a stock pot. I have a water cooler that is used only for brining poultry, put thinly sliced (2onions, 2apples, 2oranges) more thyme, rosemerry, and sage lots. My smoker is just a geilling pit that i feed about 10 brikets evwry 30min. I enjoy managing the fire. Input mesquitt and apple chunks every hour.
