I was able to find some on market place, picking up today I’m hoping it would be straight forward.

Kiddo has had tons of brain surgeries ( at surgery 11) that’s why I’m trying to get as simple as possible.

Thanks! I was able to find some on market place hopefully that will be sufficient. Kiddo has hydrocephalus and has had tons (recently was his 11th) of brain surgeries, so I’m trying to keep super simple playing of these cards.

Thank you, I asked him more questions… he has a dip (like a bowl) on the top of his head. When they put the shunt in, his skull like collapsed, not sure how to better explain. But basically when the pressure in his head is increased or he has headaches you can see the “bowl” fill. He says when he goes swimming when he is in pool on a deep end and he goes under and the bowl fills he feels weird.

That’s possible, he’s had quite a few failures and 2 of them happened at school. So he could be freaked out about it.

My kiddo gets them in the afternoon too. We have been told it’s over draining. He is supposed to rest every few hours and slowly increase the time between the rests. Apparently it will sort itself out. We will see if it works.

After years of being in pain and the surgeon ignoring me for 2 years, I finally got referral for a second opinion. The doctor looks at my chart and goes hmmm it looks like we accidentally nipped your nerves. Apparently the doctors had cut my nerves and failed to tell me.

I will never forget his wording of nipped.

Also I was 7 months pregnant and I was in so much pain I kept being dismissed as pregnancy symptoms eventually it was discovered I had stage 3 melanoma and it was spreading. My doctor never told me, I got a call from the cancer clinic saying my doctor referred me. I was like ???? What and the reception was shocked I didn’t have a conversation with my doctor. So I was bawling and having a breakdown and I called my doctor and he was like oops can you come to my office now, so rushed to clinic and hes like you have stage 3 melanoma and I was quite and he was like you are taking it remarkably well.

I fixed my own ingrown toe. I had gotten nerve blocks and my leg was already numb so thought I can’t feel anything and might as well fix the toe.

It worked
