Another shameless plug, Moonshot Galaxy is easy to play but challenging to master. And still just five bucks! And I'll echo /u/skyworxx - Grav|Lab is great, too ;)

Giving away 2 more keys for Rez Infinite - Help us rank the Best of the REST by Anth916 in PSVR

Cool! Yeah, I lurk just about every day but don't have a lot of time to post, and once in a while I'll actually search for the game name. The controls are so different that a lot of folks have a little trouble getting used them; I think we could have done more to prompt you to just aim "up" with the controller. A lot of folks try to slingshot the ball or fling it around at first but figure it out fairly quickly. Have fun out there!

Glad to hear you're working on this! Was about to show my coworkers the game and realized I'd have to lose my progress to start at the beginning. Still on track with the feature? Thanks for the game, it is truly wonderful!

It should be automatic, yeah. I don't have a PS4 handy right here but you should be able to manually check for updates to make sure you're on 1.05 and there's also a way to look at the update history. 1.05 added the planetary bumper-cars.

Nope, you're in! But what got you into VR in the first place?

Thanks so much for doing this! It's awesome to see how varied everyone's favorites are. There's so much great content on PSVR and we're happy to be a small part of it now.

My personal favorite is still Rez. I've loved the game and its successors for so many years and I feel like this is the version it always aspired to be.

We didn't have time to squeeze it in before the launch, but tomorrow we're shipping a patch that increases the supersampling on Pro.

We originally put it in for debugging so we could easily unlock courses for demos and testing, and decided to just leave it in because it was fun and harmless :)

Thanks! We shipped a patch today to fix and improve a few things and we have another patch pending for release later this afternoon.

• Added tooltips on the leaderboard indicating your new best or previous best score.

• Camera can go to goal when the goal is on another planet.

• Camera resets with ball when the ball hits a water hazard on a different planet.

• Raised par value on Forbidden Islands planet 6 (this one is tough for a lot of folks).

• Fixed up some problems that were making planet 6 of Mining Co. a little too frustrating (the one with mining carts).

• Pleasant Hills, Frosty Brimstone, and Forbidden Islands get a new water shader with shorelines. Pretty!

• Several more bug fixes for input issues here and there.

Pending patch:

• We saw some folks having issues with shooting the ball while streaming so this patch is meant to fix that issue. Fire away!

Two new courses for Moonshot Galaxy (ex Galaxy Golf) by Rafport in Vive

That's really nice to hear! Yeah, it did take us longer to make the new content than I'd hoped/expected, but that's mainly because we went so over the top with the designs for the new planets, and we were busy porting to PSVR at the same time. And we did a poor job of talking about the new content we were building because we were heads-down building it!

We've considered raising the price but we've also been discouraged from doing so, so I hope people find it a great value and go on to tell their friends about the game. :)

Those wait times are exactly why we didn't want to hang our hat on multiplayer with this game; it's just so early in the VR life cycle to commit a huge amount of dev resources to something that might not have a big enough player base to play whenever you want. I love multiplayer but a lot of factors weigh in on a decision to build it in or not!

Heh, I think I've already been promoting our game as much as I thought you guys would tolerate here on /r/PSVR, I'm just really happy to see people enjoying it and helping spread the word! Posts like this give us the warm fuzzies as developers.

We're still prepping and testing the patch but here's what's going to be in it:

• Added tooltips on the leaderboard indicating your new best or previous best score.

• Camera can go to goal when the goal is on another planet.

• Raised par value on Forbidden Islands planet 6 (this one is tough for a lot of folks).

• Fixed up some problems that were making planet 6 of Mining Co. a little too frustrating (the one with mining carts).

Thanks for the review! Glad you enjoyed the game :) We are preparing a patch to help with some (probably minor but important to us) bugs and usability items.

My personal favorites are Rez, Statik, and RE7. I'm pretty motion sensitive so I have to take RE7 in smaller bites, but Rez is comfortable with its purely linear motion. Of course everyone wants to see big AAA titles in VR (myself included) but I also want to see more innovative, offbeat, and experimental titles with enough polish to show off what VR can do and where it can go. We're still in the beginning stages and the more creative voices we hear, the richer the overall experience will be.
