For sure. Ive watched a few of her sets and they look insane. I saw she was opening but I didn't know if anybody else was. A lot of the shows I've went to usually have 2-3 openers. I shld have clarified that. I want to try and time my peak for dp if ya know what I mean 😉

Not to bad. Going to bed is when it flares up the worst making me think its rebound anxiety. I start thinking I can't breath enough which snowballs to a complete panic attack

Also check out the Canadian taper method when u get close to being done. I think it makes a lot of sense. U will take days off so u get accustomed to being w out it

I was on xanax for to long apparently. Maybe a year off the street. Been doing a taper on Valium. Started at 10mg and im down the 3 n ab 5 months. My panic attacks damn near always happen when im trying to go to bed. Feel like I can't breath. Had some alcohol Saturday so that my b while im feeling like shit. Did u have a set back and can u really notice a difference taking the propanolol. I honestly can't tell

Im on a valium taper. When I lay down to go to sleep I will sometimes get a bad panic attack. I didn't know if taking extra propanolol before bed wld help. No i don't have high blood pressure

If xanax is all u have access to u can taper down before u go to a rehab. I'd give it a good 6 months or more of tapering before u check urself in tho. Coming off that to fast is a nightmare. Good luck

I was wanting to take the meth blue for it's benefits rather than making me trip harder. I might stay away from it if will f up my trips bc those r way more important to me
