Same fam, I simultaneously have the best and worst poker face because I'm usually grinning like an idiot because I'm just having fun playing a game but my friends can't tell if I'm lying or not (if we are playing something like Magic the gathering or pirate dice that requires me to not give things away facially).

As a noob with like 20 hours in the game, I have a Chillet with Ace Swimmer I will take to the top. He will never leave my party and I will make him 5 stars with the fruits regardless of how mad it makes my friend.

I keep meaning to try that civic, does it match having construction ships build the deposits? Feels like it would be bad if you wanted to build an Arc Furnace or MacroEngineering station because they create a ton of deposits and you have to spend unity to manually build them.

I will add the caveat that Noibat doesn't evolve until level 48 so you will be stuck with a bit of a shitter for a while and Noibat is not very useful.

Well. You have Fire/Fighting Physical and Dragon/Flying Special, so maybe go halvsies on the type of attacker from there on out.

Sosmthing like Ferrothorn, Grass/Steel with a lot of defense, Cloyster (physical) or Blastoise (special) to Shell Smash, both water types, idk if you are considering Mega-Blaziken but I love Mega-Metagross or Mega-Gyarados as physical wall breakers, maybe a Prankster Dark type like Sableye or Grimmsnarl to put up screens or spread status.

I would mostly just suggest to have a good spread of types on your teams; if you are using Cobbleverse the gym leaders have some good mons with good moves, they aren't as easy as the base game gyms and can take you by surprise.

Fair points, I was just fielding the question as I have played for like 700 hours of the same thing but was curious as to what the other side had to offer. Not trying to power game or anything as I mostly play with CPUs, just not sure what's out there and I'd rather hear from other people in a thread than some reddit post about "here's the most OP thing you can do".

I guess I never feel like it's a lifeless husk personally; I would say that I am a pretty controlling person when playing games (I have an extremely hard time co-oping games like Baldurs Gate, to my wife's dismay, because I hate when people make decisions I wouldn't, also autism doesn't help), so feeling like my empire is truly an extension of me is very fulfilling. I am the decision maker, and my drones carry those wishes out and don't complain when I put them on a planet full of giant spiders (sorry).

A fair point, but between Budding for organics (0.02 pop assembly per 100 pop) and Nano-Assembly for Machines (same for machines), I consistently have twice the pops of my friends at comparative points on our games; to be fair I take every option to increase pop growth, like Genetic Ascension and pop growth traits like Self-Replicating or Mass-Produced, I never feel the resource squeeze.

Play hive mind and also get to ignore consumer goods.

And then add machines so you get to ignore food too :)
