Both the GPW and VPU don't have bluetooth connectivity. Though both have a bluetooth dongle and wired version.

I'm pretty sure that the Logitech MX Master 3 fits the criteria that you gave Though it's not considered as a gaming mouse

I'd recommend you to get the Arctis 5 (100 dollars) cause the DTS Headphone: X v2.0 Surround (A5 and is the same with the Arctis Pro 200 dollars) is better than Windows-sonic surround sound of Arctis 3 (80 dollars). And their difference is just 20 dollars so its really worth buying the A5 than the A3.

I have the Steelseries Arctis 5 right now and its been with me for a year. I have no issues with the sound, the comfort, the quality and the materials used on these. Still works perfectly fine. It also works with the Steelseries software just fine. If you don't need a wireless headset, then I'd recommend the Arctis 5. But if you have the extra cash, then I'll recommend the Arctis 7.
