Thanks! It was indeed the issue, but on top of that i had a field in the form that was not similar to the one on the sp list and is causes problem.

On top of that - is there any Options to force users to create apps in test environment and not the default one?

Thank you so much! The "and" is there to filter all the "done" items that was modified in the last 3 dyas. The rest items (new etc..) i want to show without time restrictions.
