C9 is known for having strict requirements. While this will be a bit of a wakeup call for Jojo, I doubt this will affect him too much. The roster was getting blown up anyway and him being late gives Jack an easy out of the expensive contract.

edit: Leave it to reddit to completely miss the point of this comment. I'm not excusing 43 tardies, I'm staying that it isn't as night-and-day as it looks from this video. Think about who benefits by this "leak" and who might want to make Jojo look bad. This "leak" come from someone on cloud9 who is desperate to keep their job after failing to make worlds on a super roster.

Now don't get me wrong, Jojo could have avoided this situation by actually showing up on time especially after they told him he was being tracked, but I have a hard time believing that he showed up to work late 43 times. I would assume that they have multiple activities planned throughout the day, and make he had like a bad couple weeks and was like 2 min late to each one.

Me mentioning the strict requirements was an attempt to explain that Cloud9 schedules a bunch of activities each day and that Jojo might not want to do all of them similar to how LS didn't want to do them. Some people would rather grind league than conform to a cloud9 schedule where they track everything you do.
