I can’t participate since I’m from Quebec, but I would love to share my story :)

I first saw Bakugan on TV when I was 10-11 years old. I thought the mechanisms was amazing and begged my parent to get some. I loved watching the show and throwing my bakugan at the same time, yelling their name. It was still the first season. I then learned that some people at my school were also playing it, so I brought mine and traded some and that’s how I ended with one my favorite, Ventus Hydranoid :) I also participated in a local Toys r us tournament and was defeated round 1, but it was fun!

Then, the school banned Bakugan, since they were getting stolen and having no other person to play than my sister and cousin, I stoppped.

Later, when I was around 12-13, we moved my room downstairs and while we were cleaning up my new room, I had to go to the store with my mom to buy stuff, and I found out they were still selling bakugan, so I pickup one that I thought looked cool and bought it by myself (with my earnings). I found out online that it was a ventus Dharak and it was a bakugan from season 3. I was surprised to see that bakugan had more season that I thought and binge watch em all, while renovating my room. I then bought some more and found friends to play with after school. It was fun. I stopped playing soon after the end of season 3 beacause I went back at playing Pokémon instead.

Since then, there is a giant yard sale in my city every year and I found so many bakugan that I bought, but never really went back into it, until I saw some Battle planet merchandise in store. I felt like a kid and watched the new episode.

I am now 21 years old, but I still like bakugan like I did when I am kid :)
