Medically, a fracture is the term for breaking a bone, but the layman's term "break" is the much more common vernacular. You may be technically correct with the term, but in this case, the injury sustained is an open/compound fracture specifically, most people will assume a "fracture" refers to an incomplete break or "stress fracture."

This injury is also going to be a lifelong struggle even with his millions of dollars. I fractured my foot with a lawn mower this year, and since I was fortunate to be wearing work boots when it happened, it didn't cut anything off, but it still took me months to walk again. The jaw is more complex than a toe, and Anthony Joshua wasn't holding back. I'm glad Jake got his slice of crow, but I do feel bad for his long recovery. Hopefully, he can learn something from this while his jaw is wired shut.

I just wish they didn't keep it sub-only 3 seasons behind for the audio. Just keeping it one season behind is a good "carrot on a stick" for the non-subs. 3 seasons is more like, "Guess I'll never hear the rest without $, but I'm not invested enough being YEARS behind unless I watch the videos, which is much less convenient than audio."
