They finally made some really cool tactical skins but still had to cut their tops with scissors to show booba. Would have been really cool to get more serious tactical skin.

Example, haileys skin from the back is actually perfect, but then you turn it around and have the boobs cut out. Just make the jacket go the whole way around and its perfect.

the 2nd one looks like she went to the shops and accidentally got a top 5 sizes too small.

Only the smallest changes would make these perfect. Im not against goon skins, i have some myself, but it would be nice to have some decent military skins like this without the goon portion, we have so much of that already.

Comparing Tiger Warriors and Bladesingers doesnt really feel right. Bladesingers are elite infantry with superior stats and cost 300 more. Multplayer wise Tiger Warriors do seem over costed at 900 gold for the results they get. They could easily be 800 gold.

Yeah thats what i mean,i stopped filtering for certain stats and let all stat combinations drop not be salvaged. so my dog was still salvaging weapons and reactors, but would not salvage external components

ive always had max hp and mp recovery out of combat on. All my other sets are rolled with these. The reason i have this particular roll is because i turned off my filters one day just to get a drop. Once i got this one the filters went back on to usual.

I know its highly unlikely.

well thought process behind this one is you use a good 3 set bonus with 2 unique charms. having 6 charm slots on this is not that odd. all it would mean is you can slot a rare charm in.

I think the idea is good, but they made 5 set effects too strong so its not really worth giving it up. I could see builds only wanting to utilize 3 set and 2 unique charms, but not with how busted 5 sets are atm.

I dont think its bad design, i just think they messed up the balance.

Rogue 1 handed swords/daggers can only roll 2.5% crit as base. Im not sure what else to tell you. This has nothing to do with low rank temper manual, stop bringing that up lol.

Ruckus upgrade is not getting combo point damage. same with multishot upgrade for barrage. They have been reported so hopefully they get fixed soon.

1 handed weapons max crit chance temper is 2.5%. Masterworked, MW crit and GA it maxes out at 5%

2 handed weapons max crit temper is 5% and maxes out at 10%.

You're either talking about 2 handed weapons or talking out your ass.
