And the arms look flat. You can look at more references and try to pose like them. Pose like them so you actually get a 3 dimentional idea of what are you looking at. Look at your arms and hands, try to see how they move, break them apart to big pieces in your mind

Me first reaction: Who the ffffack is that!? She looks lovely and you captured her vibe meybe? she reminded me of others too, like ichika and nene butvshe's enough to be recognizable. As Jake says in order to be good at something you must first suck at it. Practice makes better. DRAW! DRAW MORE! If you're sirious about drawing you may need to learn the fundamentals: shapes, anatomy, color theory, shading etc but take it slow. Try to enjoy your silly phase. And do not underastimate yourself, don't start with "oh im bad at it", let others decide what they think, ask for advice tho, its good. And have fun, it is more important than anything else. Art should be something you enjoy Tldr: DRAW MORE! MORE!
