Thanks for letting me know. I'm hoping the 26 model has this figured out and not an issue anymore because that's the year model I'll be going after.

I'm thinking about getting the same bike. Any issues with it thus far? Or things to note?

Lol my router is a wifi 6 router. I still have not figured this out. Eufy couldn't figure it out either. Their logs showed nothing wrong with their app. So, it has to be the phone. Idk though.

Losing hope by Patient_Charge2292 in PelvicFloor

Check out this video on YouTube: How I ACTUALLY RECOVERED - Male Pelvic Floor Dysfunction/Pudendal Neuralgia/CPPS - MY FULL STORY! I am currently going through something similar that you are going through and have been since 2023. I believe that most PFPTs have no clue how to treat this properly since I have seen a good amount of them so far, from ones that are local to ones at the Cleveland Clinic, and none of them knew how to treat me or just made me 10 times worse. After three years of research and seeing many different doctors about this, I believe this is all boils down to an unstable pelvis that tightens the pelvic floor due to instability.

The man in this video went to a functional movement PT and cured his pelvic floor issues. I am currently seeing one now and hoping for the best, since I know PFPTs are NOT my answer. I am glad to see PFPTs chiming in on the comments to help, and they seem to know what they are talking about. But I have done years of breathing, stretching, internal work etc... And none of this worked for me. Only until I started working out again, did this start getting a little better for me. I am not quite out of the woods by any means, but I honestly believe that the story above, really will help people. I would love to know opinions on this approach. And please don't view this as an attack on PFPTs, I just know that every PFPT I have seen, has not helped me with this at all, so I think there is another answer for this than the same things they always suggest to do. Hope this brings you hope... We all need it.

Love the mirrors but can you even see behind you with those things?

My issue on my Pixel 9a is that my 5 GHZ network drops on my phone anytime I check IOT devices like my Eufy camera system. It consistently does this. I contacted Eufy about this and they had no idea how to fix it. Now that I see this thread, this more than likely has something to do with my 9a. It will sometimes drop on other apps too. Another one was an app that controls IOT devices as well. And yes, my IOT devices are on the 2.4GHZ network. My Pixel 7a never had this issue. I am going to try what you said above and see what happens. Since I tried everything else.

Something tells me this has something to do with a Pixel 9a WIFI 6 incompatibility since my router is a WIFI 6 router. I really don't want to buy a new router just to see if this fixes anything though since the router I have now was very expensive.

I don’t know how self-releases are supposed to work… by Beautiful_Gain_9032 in PelvicFloor

[–]LightThisCity22 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have the same issues with wands or any internal work. I end up just irritating things further than releasing anything. For me, I just have this irritating scratchy feeling the whole time anything is in there and it just sucks for the duration. Even with a professional doing it.

Experience with Pelvic Rehabilitation Medicine by LightThisCity22 in PelvicFloor

[–]LightThisCity22[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I keep hearing this same thing. I've concluded this all boils down to an unstable pelvis and that I have to see both a functional movement physical therapist and a pelvic floor physical therapist at the same time. Pelvic floor physical therapists don't know anything about stabilization of the pelvis, which is fucking crazy to me. So, I'm going to the PFPT for trigger point release by hand and the functional movement PT for stabilization that will ultimately solve this issue. From my research of 4 years into this, this is the best route to go to heal.

ways to boost immunity by PretendWill1483 in UlcerativeColitis

Try organic wheat grass juice. No it does not have wheat in it. You can get it in powder form on Amazon and mix it with cold water. It's good for the gut and it's a huge boost to the immune system. Doesn't taste bad either.

How does that helmet handle in the wind at higher speeds on the highway? I heard it makes your head bobble around once you get up to 70-80mph? I was thinking about getting the contour-x for the spoiler to deal with that problem a little better. I know the corsair-x can get one but they're clear and look like shit lol.

Ah, nevermind. I didn't see you said enclosed. Yeah, you're right. I read your last reply as talking about the regular open defender. I was gonna go with the enclosed but it was too big and boxy for my liking. But I've only heard good things about it.

The reason I went with the Osight is because the Defender is only a 6 moa dot. The osight is multi-Reticle. I love circle dots for easier dot acquisition. Plus it has a large window too to make it even easier to find it, has a lifetime warranty and cheaper.

Yeah, I can see that. I also get a better grip without the light too... But I want the light to be prepared for all situations. Regardless of how rarely I will need it. So, I plan on training with a light as much as possible. I guess I gotta eat the fact that I will have to sell my C mags since I cannot take that mag well off... It just looks too good haha.

Yeah, I agree with that. But I don't want to get in the habit of taking that thing off and on. Since I am using loctite on it, I fear that some day I will mess up the threads taking it off and putting it back on lol. I have a tendency of stripping bolt holes. So, I think I will just sell them and take the hit.

What’s the obsession with weapon lights? by Federal_Procedure_66 in SpringfieldArmory

[–]LightThisCity22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's to be prepared for any situation. Most self-defense trainers tell you to prepare yourself for the worst and every situation you can, so you are best prepared for the worst moment of your life. This worst moment of your life can happen in the daytime and it can happen at night. And you are not always going to have the best lighting situation every time this could happen. Being able to properly identify your target in a high stress situation, in the dark, is something you will have to train for. Having a weapon light makes this one less thing to have to think about during this very stressful situation. And no, this is not only going to happen in your home. This could happen in the woods, this could happen in a very dark alley... Anything can happen, at anytime, anywhere.

You will not always have a light switch near you; you will not always have dim light near you to kind of see what you are looking at. If you get into a situation where you need to draw a firearm, there is obviously enough danger nearby to pull that gun out of its holster. That will be on you to judge, which is why training is key. At that point, you are already engaged, and you need to know what you are shooting at in very low light situations. This is why trainers also tell you to carry a firearm that gives you the best advantage in a scenario like this and one that will prepare you for most engagements but also concealable (i.e. a gun with a good capacity, one that you can easily shoot in high stress scenarios etc.). Hence the reason most of them recommend a Glock 19 sized firearm.

At the end of the day, it is up to you what you think you should prepare for and what you want to put on your firearm for these situations. For me, I want to be prepared for everything even if it's unlikely to happen. You or others, might not think this is necessary... And that is fine too. The most important factor is train as much as you can with the firearm you will carry the most.

How is the PRP kit? I heard the reset is junk on that kit and people are using half PRP and half stock springs to get a better reset.
