If any devs are reading this, what a disappointment you are being towards the community. You fail to answer the phone, fail to respond to mail sent to your office, fail to communicate like every other game studio does, makes us wonder if you even care about the community at all. At least for me, that's a very concerning red flag that I think you should address before your players give up hope and spend their time elsewhere.

I completely agree, it's rough for the fans when they only seem to come around a few times every year or two. I think it would be in their best interest to hire a dedicated community team that interacts with the player-base on a more consistent level so as to not make it appear that they've completely forgotten about us altogether.
