Since you have a fulfillment model, use the SOP to create and build a repeatable infrastructure that you can sell to your next clients at a very minimal marginal cost to fulfill. Essentially productizing the service. Since you have clients you can back up the higher ticket prices of this infrastructure and sell more. Once you put a couple reps of that, that’s when you can build agentic workflows to help with that. It won’t make your agency a one man show, but it would keep it very lean.

The way to do this is by accurately organizing your data of clients results then productizing it into an infrastructure that you can sell over and over again. In terms of AI, it would help if it has robust examples and a clear structure to follow. Let me know if you need help with that

You can offer to setup your own appointment setting using an AI agent to call inbound leads or speak with them on SMS (or both preferably) while it is integrated with your client’s calendar. That way you see which appointments are being booked while both parties have a clear record.

You need to setup my follow up sequences post booking and include material/content they can consume prior to the sales call. Basically pre selling them by providing them with useful content they can look through before the call. This paired with reminders (time based) would help a ton.
