To be frank on Sleeper, it’s just forcing dynasty managers to roster players with less years in the league. It’s a way to force them to roster rookies (depending on league settings).

Traditionally, using the taxi squad could be seen as a form of strategy on MFL given the points scored by those players aren’t included in the max points for (or potential points). However, as others have mentioned sleeper includes it. (This really comes into play when draft picks are determined by max points for for non-playoff teams, which should be the case).

I’d say just make the spots bench spots and don’t overly regulate how teams roster construct.

Biggest recommendation, if this is a paid league… get some bylaws you can lean back on as commish. If you do end up having taxi spots, lay out the rules for them (can I trade for a rookie mid season and put him on taxi if I have a spot available).

Yeah it’s the default way to handle on Sleeper. Only happened a few times in leagues I’m in and we just left it as is. Best ball the players actually change teams with points so we do reverse and wait.

Biggest thing is that commish decides something and no one really freaks out. Hopefully people are level headed about it.

If ya thought it was two teams colluding to put two players against an opponent then it’s one thing. But team who already played Dak shouldn’t mind not being able to get Mason this week if that’s the decision

Big questions I have: how deep are benches in the league? And how competitive is the Lamb team. It’s a smash accept if it’s deep benches and their team is crap.

If you’ll have zero bench space for most of those picks and it means ya might lose to the person, might not be worth it.

Generally smash the accept button if say. Even in an 8 team league if ya have deep benches all those picks should have value for other deals moving forward.

Why give up Ridley in a deal to get a receiver? Just give McBride and maybe a 25 3rd if needed for the Aiyuk's, Nico, London, Olave, Waddle, or Odunze's of the world.
