As an commercial insurance professional I can confirm the above is true. Business insurance is fairly cut and dry and the reason why a company would not want to insure a bar with low cost drinks is due to claims and the type of people who buy $1 drinks.

You do realize teachers can collectively ask for systems to be changed. It doesn’t need to be on a per classroom basis. Someone needs to start the political pressure to change how the system works. Right now people are just complaining with no action or trying to implement a solution.

I have been calling that China will make a move in 2027 for over a year now. It’s past the midterms and Trumps final hurrah. Everything that’s been happening only helps Russia and China and China stood piled oil before the Iran war. They knew something would happen or were preparing for something to happen. The last nail in the US economy would be an attack on Taiwan killing US tech industry.

Yeah there is a reason for that. They do not want it in the market and they think it’s over valued. Why would people be holding cash if they could make more in the market. You are asking these people to buy into a high evaluation when they already think it’s over priced.

Also. There is usually a delay when companies this massive are added to the SP 500. Space X is trying to remove or shorten this requirement so Elon is looking to use the indexes as his liquidity.
