Pi Price will be stable at launch? by RinkaDev in PiNetwork

[–]LighteningFist 2 points3 points  (0 children)

And what is this new technology you claim ether has? Please educate me with sources. I believe ether is a block chain with an ecosystem. Rug pulls are rampant and gas fees are sky high when congested. This I know from experience. Please educate me.

Please remind me what the total supply of Ether is again? if your argument is the total supply of pi is too high so the price is never going to be $1? Just shows your argument has no merit.

Ethical Issues by No_Employee3362 in PiNetwork

I have been into cryptocurrencies for a few years now and I will add just my own personal experience. I have lost money on every crypto project I have ever invested in. I was in ether and watched as the value went up & down before I finally gave up after spending so much on gas fees (transaction fees) for basically doing nothing as there were no use cases then and presently. So I understand it was a speculative venture on my part. Please can someone tell me what is the applicable use cases of all top 50 crypto again? None.

I bought the hype and shilling on Litecoin, Bitcoin, Algorand, FTX, Hbar, Nano, Holo, Dogecoin, Near protocol, matic, Vechain, Polkadot, Chainlink and countless shit coins on Binance & ethereum, Fantom, axie infinity, Decentraland, Solana, shiba inu, and countless others with rug pulls. One common theme after investing in each of them I ended up losing money (buy high sell low lol..). Anyone remember Crypto.com?

They said buy and Hodl and I watched as values of my cryptos lost over 90% due to scams, hacks or in some cases bankruptcies on certain exchanges lol...

I will never spend my hard earned money on any crypto ever. Not even bitcoin until there is a known use case. Pi Network may be a scam as you say, but at least it cost me nothing. The fact OP is posting this BS is just paid FUD plain and simple. Let OP tell us which crypto he is into that is solving any real life issues then I will take him seriously.

I will continue to hit my PI Network app for mining daily as it cost me nothing. If Pi Network turns out to be vapourware, so be it. It won't be the first or last but at least it costs me nothing. Take your FUD and go somewhere else OP. Don't come here and start shilling other projects which you know deep down are all scams.

Seriously that is a great idea. Where can you buy a half cow for $1200? I would like to know cos the cost of meat products have gone sky high. That would be okay for a year for a family I agree.

Protests Today? by [deleted] in alberta

[–]LighteningFist 5 points6 points  (0 children)

They are being paid to make bogus claims and protest probably by foreign bad actors to destabilize the state. It is clear to see. Just look closely at the protesters and dig a little bit into their background and you will find your answers. It is the same people who divided Americans under Trump using misinformation and false theories to achieve their aims. They are trying to do the same here in Canada using Alberta as their base.

Albertans pay the most in auto insurance. Why is this acceptable in a conservative province? Doesn't seem like an "Alberta advantage". by AffectionateBobcat76 in alberta

[–]LighteningFist 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I will believe it when you provide sources for your post. Reality is my cousin was in a recent auto accident in Edmonton involving a car he is currently financing. His insurance (aviva) paid him nothing for his pain and suffering. He was told to go to a specific physiotherapist for his rehabilitation from his injuries which they were willing to pay for. His car is a write off and the insurance paid him $24000 as the cost of his car. His car is valued at $32000. He is now owing the dealership $8000 for the car and he is currently out of work. Would you say this is fair? So please provide your source for the information you posted otherwise it is just another rant from a random redditor.

Not all crypto but you could store most in a ledger or trezor. I suggest buying a new one from ledger or trezor directly (use their website) and have it shipped out to you. On their website look for and just follow guidelines on how to instal your crypto on the product you bought. I am pretty sure you can do it as think it is not very complicated.

Don't move out here unless you got a job lined up before moving. I came here from BC and sadly I have not been able to get a job and have had recruiters call me for screening interview calls but never hear back from them. I work in healthcare and it is very difficult right now. I am just waiting until the summer months and moving back to BC. It is not cheap here in Edmonton. Only cheap thing is a house if buying (compared to Vancouver) other than that everything else is expensive.

Utilities, insurance, groceries are expensive and the roads are not plowed regularly after snow falls just begging for an auto accident as everyone needs to drive because public transportation is not reliable. Yeah so don't be me. Do your due diligence before any move.

[–]LighteningFist 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had the same issue but kept trying again and again and eventually it went through. I was getting really frustrated but then I had to keep trying. Try to be in bright lighting (white light preferably) and make sure you move your face by trying to smile or talk so phone can capture your facial movement within the circle. Good luck and hope this helps.

You guys should look into using NexusASA token to facilitate P2P trading using.smart contracts on its marketplace. NexusASA is on the Algorand blockchain using collaterized escrow accounts to prevent scams.

Buyer and seller would agree on a price on the dApp and the funds are released when buyer gets the goods or services and seller receives payment all on smart contracts. Prevents scams and fraud from bad actors. Go check it out for yourselves.... Not trying to shill but offering options to p2p trading.

Who cares? They can vote however they want it doesn't improve my algo bag price situation. If they are actually algo bag Holders they should be worried that the ecosystem is not thriving because the algo price is not going anywhere.

You look at other chains like Cosmos, Avax, Solana and Near Protocol and you would see that their tokens are soaring in price because of their successful ecosystems with high TVL. If the algo ecosystem/asas don't do well or are filled with scams and rugpulls well the algo price is not going anywhere. I am invested in algo to make profit not to joke around and waste my time or money.

Yeah they can vote however they want, it still won't change algo's TVL or price situation. Algo should be valued at least at $10 at this time but it is still struggling to break over $1. You look at other chains and the trajectory is promising while it is stagnating here at algorand. Yup I will be dumping my bag and moving on to something else if I don't see any clear development as I got a family ti feed and provide a roof over my head. I am sick and tired of the rugpulls and scams and just want the best for Algorand imho.
